Si basa principalmen-te sulle azioni di imprese guidate da dirigenti partico-larmente capaci e su quelle che stanno attraversando un processo di trasformazione. Per \u201cprocesso di tra-sformazione\u201d, il cash Insider intende un riorientamento strategico o l\u2019avvio di cambiamenti nel portafoglio aziendale, ovvero: cessioni o acquisizioni integrative di imprese. Si concentra sui settori afferenti ai prodotti alimentari/farmaceutici, all\u2019industria e alla finanza. A seconda della valutazione a breve termine della situa-zione del mercato azionario, è possibile mantenere la liquidità tattica.
