Neben ganzen Aktienm&auml;rkten, Branchen und Regionen z&auml;hlen Rohstoffe, Obligationen und W&auml;hrungen zum Spektrum dieser passiven Finanzprodukte. Strukturell ist ein ETP ein Forderungsrecht in Form einer verbrieften Inhaberschuldverschreibung. Um das Emittentenrisiko zu reduzieren, werden ETPs durch die Hinterlegung eines Pfands, des so genannten Collateral, besichert. Neben Wertschriften kann es sich dabei um Edelmetalle oder Buchgeld handeln. Die flexiblen Einsatzm&ouml;glichkeiten haben zusammen mit einem liquiden und transparenten B&ouml;rsenhandel f&uuml;r ein zunehmendes Angebot gesorgt. Im vergangenen Jahr &uuml;bertraf die Zahl der an der SIX Swiss Exchange kotierten ETPs erstmals die 100er-Marke. Mittlerweile stehen mehr als 180 Vehikel dieser Art auf dem Kurszettel. Das Z&uuml;rcher Fintech-Unternehmen hat das Label ETP+ ins Leben gerufen. Im Kern dieser Innovation steht ein verbesserter Investorenschutz. Bis dato handelt es sich bei vielen ETP-Emittenten um Zweckgesellschaften ohne Rating und regulatorische &Uuml;berwachung. Hier kooperiert Leonteq mit der SIX Group. F&uuml;r jedes Produkt wird ein Pfand bei der SIX SIS AG hinterlegt. Die Verwahrstelle sorgt daf&uuml;r, dass die Investoren im Falle einer Insolvenz der Emittentin Zugriff auf diese Mittel haben. Gleichzeitig ist sichergestellt, dass das Collateral ausreichend gross ist: Hierf&uuml;r nimmt die SIX Repo AG eine t&auml;gliche &Uuml;berpr&uuml;fung und Bewertung der Sicherheiten vor. Damit handelt es sich um das derzeit einzige an der SIX kotierte ETP, welches einen Zugang zur Anlageklasse Aktien bietet. Idee und Konzept f&uuml;r den Basiswert kommen von der &laquo;Finanz und Wirtschaft&raquo; (FuW). In der Redaktion der anerkannten Finanzzeitung wurde der FuW Swiss 50 Index entwickelt. Wie der Name sagt, enth&auml;lt die Benchmark die 50 gr&ouml;ssten b&ouml;rsenkotierten Unternehmen der Schweiz.
